Meal Period Alerts are e-mailed to associates and managers when California Meal Period Rules are violated. Meal period violations have decreased by approximately two thirds with the use of Meal Period Alerts. Meal Period Alerts are stored electronically to provide support for any future legal actions that arise from the California Meal Period Rules.
